Iskra sold my townhome in august of 2024. She marketed the property so well I was able to sell before three of my neighbors, AND with the highest dollar per sq foot 😎. Soon after going into escrow we discovered that my HOA had several leans that were never disclosed. No problem, she handled it, and countless obstacles that came up with the title company, the mortgage lender, and my deceptive HOA. I thought the process would be tedious, but Iskra was able to handle all the headaches and keep me updated regularly. I’ve never had a better experience with a realtor and I’d recommend her to anyone.
